What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?
Do not worry: if you are not present at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the contacts to arrange a new delivery.
In case of further absence, the courier will make a third delivery attempt or will deposit the package at a receiving point (Access Point) near your home, where you can make the withdrawal of the same. If also this attempt fails, you will be contacted by the 7camicie Customer Service.
In cases of failed delivery, the product will return to the 7camicie warehouses, with the subsequent cancellation of the order and refund of the purchase price with the exception of the transport costs.
