Acquisto un pantalone per un evento ma, dopo averlo ricevuto, mi rendo conto che le misure non corrispondevano alla taglia. Dunque ho acquistato un pantalone stretto. Contatto il servizio clienti che provvede a far partire una nuova spedizione con la taglia giusta ed in concomitanza ritirare laltro pantalone. Quando l'assistenza clienti supera la problematica, ogni circostanza secondaria finisce nel dimenticatoio
