My order has not arrived yet
The date forecasted for the delivery has already passed but your order has not arrived yet? Before contacting us be sure that you have:
- Tracked the shipment of your package by using the link that was sent to you with the e-mail of confirmation of the shipment. Click here for more information on how to track your package (link where is my order);
- Logged in and checked that the delivery address and your contact information are correct. In particular, make sure that the name on the intercom (if different from yours) is reported on the delivery address;
- Checked if the courier has left a notice in your mailbox. Your order could be located at the depot of the courier or at a Pick-up Point (Access Point) ready to be picked or the courier could be waiting to be contacted to rearrange the delivery;
- Asked to your neighbours if they have picked up the package at your name.
