How to make a return
Due to warehouse work, returns processing will be suspended from August 11th to August 20th. For all orders placed between July 24th and August 6th, the return period is extended to 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please do not ship returns between 7th and 18th August. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Log in to your account and visit https://7camicie.com/pages/returns
- Tell us the reason for the return and click on "send return request".
- Once the return request has been authorised, you will find the order number in your profile. Please write this number outside your package. It is not necessary to print or insert any document in the package.
